Financing Programmes by the Federal Government

The use of R&D results often requires investments. On the national level, funding opportunities have been focused under the roof of the KfW Mittelstandsbank group.

Loans 
The ERP-Innovations Programme aims at innovative companies.With this low-interest loan, research and development measures, product development and market launch can be financed.  For investments in Germany, which require long-term financing and are likely to result in sustainable economic success  erwarten lassen, kann der Entrepreneur Loan can be drawn on. With the Entrepreneur Loan abroad, SMEs can finance their investment abroad. The product family "Entrepreneur Capital" offers long-term subordinated loans for company founders, freelancer and SMEs.   
 
Contributions 

With the ERP Capital for Start-up technology-oriented start-ups can be provided with equity capital in parallel with a co-investor.

The equity capital basis of SMEs is strengthened through the ERP-Investment Programme in which equity investment companies providing share capital to SMEs can draw on refinancing loans.

The "Equity Capital for SMEs" initiative bridges the gap in the equity capital market between € 1 million and € 5 million.

 Moreover, further funding loans are offered: Starting Money  initiative provides funds for investments and operating materials up to € 50,000 and the Mikroloan  initiative for very small business start-ups with financial requirements of up to € 25,000 .
